When designing information on a page, a drop-down list selection might affect the values in a related drop-down list. For example, one list could be a selection of continents, and the related drop-down list would have the country names for that continent. If the number of items in the related list is long, there could be a delay. Thus, for the brief time when you look at the related list, it might not be updated yet to reflect the current list selection.

After you install this hot fix, you see a spinning icon until the related list of items is refreshed.
