Problem Note 69159: A scorecard batch job fails in SASĀ® Visual Investigator
When you run a job flow that has a scorecard, the scorecard batch job might fail, which is displayed as job status on the Jobs tab. In the CAS log, messages similar to the following occur:
ERROR: The caslib '<tenant name>' does not exist.
ERROR: Table '<table name>' could not be loaded.
ERROR: Failure opening table '<table name>'
ERROR: The action stopped due to errors.
debug=0x88bfc14d:TKCASA_PRM_BAD_CASLIB
Caused by: CASRuntimeException: An error occurred when executing the CAS action. Exception: The action was not successful. Http Status: 500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR Error Code: 66009 cause:
com.sas.cas.CASException: The action was not successful.
This issue can be caused by an expired security token. It results in the job execution service restarting the batch job, even though the original job is still running. The second job is started as a different user, which does not have permission to the CASLIB.
