Problem Note 69140: You cannot create a regulatory report from a case using a custom regulatory report template in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

You might encounter the following error message when you try to create a regulatory report from a case in SAS Anti-Money Laundering when the custom regulatory report template is not listed as the first item in Forms and Templates:
"The configuration is missing for the report type "XXXXXXXX"
