Problem Note 69134: The SAS® Anti-Money Laundering "rr_job_resp_fincen_process" fails to process the FinCEN acknowledgment response for Suspicious Activity Reports

You might encounter No matching e-file under the following conditions:
- You run the response processing job (rr_job_resp_fincen_process).
- You are processing a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) acknowledgment file from FinCEN for a SAR report that was submitted with an attachment.
- The SAR report was filed via FinCEN's Secure Direct Transfer Mode (SDTM) process.
In this scenario, the following error message might occur in the SAS log:
ERROR: RR: Errors found in response files, no update to datahub.
