Problem Note 69055: The message "ERROR: File GSY.ALLCLSTR_XXXXXX.DATA does not exist" is encountered with the GEO_SYNC task

In SAS® Size Profiling, the GEO_SYNC task generates the following message:
ERROR: File GSY.ALLCLSTR_XXXXXXX.DATA does not exist.
This issue occurs when the following conditions are met:
- There are new stores.
- These new stores are manually assigned to a cluster by store grouping rules.
