Problem Note 69042: Users who have View permission on a campaign are incorrectly not allowed to create comments in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
When a user has View permission on a campaign, they are unable to create comments in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. View permission should include the ability to add comments.
