Problem Note 69041: The error "You must enter values for the selected variable before the node can be executed" occurs when you add a space as a value in a Select node

You are unable to add a space as a value in the SAS® Marketing Automation Select node. When you enter a space in the Value field and press Update, an error message similar to the following occurs:
It is possible to work around the issue by setting the following properties for the data item in SAS® Information Map Studio: AllowBlankValue=TRUE and set MetadataValue=Values. This workaround generates metadata for the value.

When you try to add a space as a value in the SAS® Marketing Automation Select node, a pop-up error message appears with the following message: "The following problems have been reported. Surname: You must enter values for the selected variable before the node can be executed."
