Problem Note 69014: The Sort option is not available in the schedule window in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the Sort option is not available (grayed out). This problem occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Open a campaign.
- Click the Execution tab.
- Click Send Schedule. All Communication nodes are listed.
- Right-click in the Name field. The following options are available:
Note that the Sort option is not available.
