Problem Note 69713: User group values in an exported table are empty after you export a Table View that includes user group fields in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

If you export a Table View that includes a user group field to Microsoft Excel in SAS Anti-Money Laundering, the user group field is empty when you open the Excel document.
For example, you encounter this issue if you do the following to search for a case (where the case data objects' Table View includes a user group field):
- Click Search on the main menu.
- On the Search page, enter your Case ID in the Search box.
- Press Enter or click the search icon (
). - Click the Case filter (if necessary).
- Switch to Table View. After you perform these steps, the Case Table view should successfully display the Case Owner, which is a user group field:
- If you export the Table View to Excel and open the spreadsheet, the Case Owner user group field is empty, as shown here:
