Usage Note 69650: Bulk unloading zero rows returns the error "ERROR: Message from TKS3: is empty" with SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Snowflake

If you bulk unload and zero rows are returned in SAS/ACCESS Interface to Snowflake, an error similar to the following error occurs:
ERROR: Message from TKS3: is empty.
This error occurs because the unload process expects to read from a staged unload file. However, no data file is created.
Workaround
To circumvent this issue, do not use bulk unload if you expect the data or table to contain zero rows.
A hot fix is planned for this issue.
