Problem Note 69580: The BL_EXCEPTION option is ignored when you bulk load to DB2 with the options BL_LOAD_REPLACE=YES and BL_EXCEPTION= set

When you bulk load to DB2 and the following options are set, BL_EXCEPTION might be ignored:
BULKLOAD=YES BL_METHOD=CLILOAD BL_LOAD_REPLACE=YES BL_EXCEPTION=db2_table
The BL_EXCEPTION option might be ignored and all the data is incorrectly inserted into the DB2 table.
