Problem Note 69542: The Domain Page in SAS® Environment Manager on SAS® Viya® 3.5 and later might not render properly

SAS Viya users who are not in the SAS Administrators group might be given access to the SAS Environment Manager Domains page by adding rules that grant them access to /SASEnvironmentManager/ domains. After this access is granted and the user navigates to Environment Manager ► Domains, the Domains page might not properly render.
