Problem Note 69113: The sas-admin CLI produces the error "The server failed to fulfill an apparently valid request" when you delete a global policy

You encounter an error when you use the sas-admin command-line interface (CLI) to delete a global policy similar to the following:
sas-admin cas servers policies delete --policy globalCaslibs
In this scenario, the following error message occurs:
1 error occurred:
* The server failed to fulfill an apparently valid request.
