Problem Note 69102: SAS® Studio generates the message "No data was returned for table 'libref.table-name'..." after you try to open a large database table

In SAS Studio, after you try to view the contents of a table in the Libraries section of the navigation pane, you might encounter the following error:
This message can be the result of the data retrieval taking longer than the time-out value for the SAS® Web Server or for any intermediary load balancer or proxy. To avoid this type of failure, you might need to increase the time-out value for both the web server and for any intermediary servers.
To confirm that you are experiencing this specific issue, you can use the browser developer tools to view the browser console and network trace as described in SAS KB0036430, "Using the web browser developer tools to investigate issues in SAS® Web Applications."
In the console log of the browser, this issue can result in messages that contain the text "ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR."
In the network trace (the HTTP Archive Format, or HAR, file), it is possible to compare the traffic that is sent or received from the browser to what is being sent or received on the SAS Web Server in the server log files (/var/log/httpd/ssl_access_log or /var/log/httpd/access_log). Any differences in timing or response sizes in the access log when compared to the HAR file suggest that an intermediary server is manipulating the traffic.
