Problem Note 69061: A server error appears after you attempt to view an input data table in SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.6
You see the following UI error after attempting to view an input data table:
Server Error - An error occurred on the server. Please contact your system administrator.
When this problem occurs, you also see the following type of error in the SASIRMServer.log:
ERROR com.sas.solutions.risk.irm.server.webdav.IrmSasDataset - Caught exception during converting SAS dataset to "JSON" file: :Could not find NodeData with instance key ########, dataKey: ####"
This issue occurs when you do the following:
- Create a new SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management instance.
- Modify and upload an editable input table via the UI.
- Delete the instance that you created in step 1.
- Create a new SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management instance, using the same parameters as the instance in step 1.
- Attempt to view the same input table that was changed in step 2.
- You then receive the server error in the UI and the SASIRMServer.log error.
As a workaround, if you do not delete the original created instance, no errors occur. For example, if you need to create five instances of the same flow, do not delete the first one that you create. You can delete any later instances of the flow if needed.
