Problem Note 68934: The API for data extraction fails in SAS® Demand Planning when there are duplicate records in the BY variable

The data extraction API might not complete successfully when the process template is applied if there are duplicate records in the BY variable. The duplicates might be the results of loaded records along with data that is manually entered at a parent (.vc) member.
There is no workaround for this issue.
