Problem Note 68773: An instance of SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.6 fails while running on a clustered middle tier

SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.6 instances fail when running in a clustered middle-tier environment.
You see the following type of error in the SASIRMServer.log file:
ERROR com.sas.commons.html.wip.util.WIPAwareUtilHelper - Error writing JSONizing User: org.json.JSONException: A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at character 1 of null
If the instance is created by a cycle in SAS® Risk Governance Framework, you also see the following type of error in the corresponding model_group_execution_sas.log file:
ERROR: The server response returned HTTP/1.1 500.
