Problem Note 68741: A SAS/CONNECT® spawner connection to SAS® Viya® with a SCIM configuration results in a failure

A connection failure occurs for a SAS/CONNECT session that attempts to connect with the SAS/CONNECT spawner to SAS® Viya® 2020 and later releases. This problem occurs in an environment that uses the System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) standard.
This issue affects clients in both SAS® 9.4 and SAS® Viya® 3.x environments.
