Problem Note 68600: OBS= is not passed to the database when you are using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to JDBC with driver for Presto or TIBCO Data Virtualization

When you use SAS/ACCESS Interface to JDBC with Presto or TIBCO Data Virtualization, the OBS= option is not passed down to the JDBC Driver. This problem can cause significant performance issues when you are working with large tables.
