Problem Note 68579: Deleting multiple terms with assigned workflows in SAS® Business Data Network 3.3 might result in "getCurrentTask failed" or "InternalError" messages
An issue occurs when you want to use the SAS® Business Data Network UI to delete multiple workflow-controlled terms at once:
You might be unable to proceed with deletions because the Workflow actions selection is grayed out on the pop-up menu:
Or, if you can trigger the desired action, you might receive error messages similar to the following:
com.sas.workflow.framework.client.WorkflowServiceException: Internal Error
getCurrentTask failed
These errors appear because of a synchronization issue between SAS Business Data Network and SAS Workflow Services.
As a workaround, you can use the DELETE method for terms from the RESTful API. See the REST API Reference for more information.
Alternatively, you can try to delete only one term at a time.
