Problem Note 68570: SAS® Model Manager returns the error "The file could not be saved" when you try to save a model file

You might encounter an issue in which SAS Model Manager fails to save a model file.

This issue occurs when you complete steps similar to the following:

Use SAS Model Manager to open any text file for a model.
Add a space character at the end of the file.
Click Save in the editor. An error dialog box with a message similar to the following message might be displayed:

   The file could not be saved.
