The numbers represented by X in the error message might be incorrect. For example, the correct range below should be 3 and 30:

This issue occurs when the following are true:

• You enter a value that is outside the specified range.
• The Microsoft Windows Region settings use a number format in which the thousands separator is a period and the decimal is a comma.
