Problem Note 68456: An error occurs when multiple SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench projects import scenarios at the same time
In SAS Risk and Finance Workbench, the following error might occur in the user interface when you add a scenario in a SAS Risk and Finance Workbench project:
The request failed to complete due to internal server error
Remediation: Check the request to ensure it is valid. If so, contact your system administrator to help diagnose the issue.
The SASRiskFinancWkbnchMidTier.log contains the following error:

To reproduce this error, open multiple SAS Risk and Finance Workbench projects in multiple browser tabs and then add the same scenarios to these projects at the same time.
After you apply this hot fix, data corruption similar to this will be prevented.
