Problem Note 68441: Deleting a table from the Work library results in a Read Access Violation if the SAS® system option MEMLIB is used

Your SAS program might crash with a Read Access Violation when all of the following are true:
- You are running the SAS® 9.4M5 (TS1M5) release on a Microsoft Windows operating system.
- You installed the latest Base SAS® 9.4_M5 hot fixes.
- You are using the MEMLIB system option.
- You attempted to delete a table from the Work library.
To work around the issue, do one of the following:
- Do not use the MEMLIB system option.
- Upgrade your SAS release to SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) or later.

When you are using the SAS® system option MEMLIB, the DATASETS and DELETE procedures might get a Read Access Violation when you delete a table from the Work library.
