Problem Note 68393: Issue Details information does not load in SAS® Data Remediation
In SAS Data Remediation, you might encounter a problem with the Issue Details tab, in which information is stuck in a loading status and is never returned.
This problem might happen for any issue that has these characteristics:
- The issue is created but not assigned to any workflow.
- You then select the issue in SAS Data Remediation and put it in a workflow.
- The issue is deselected but then selected again.
A workaround for an issue that cannot load information is to remove any user permissions for the subject area that is related to the issue.
