Problem Note 68344: The custom web application theme might be displayed for users who have not applied the theme

When you use the SAS® Information Delivery Portal and custom themes are in use, some customer theme attributes might be displayed for others who access the portal.
For example, the issue occurs in the following scenario:
User A has a custom theme associated with their ID, and they view content in these specific portlets:
- SAS Collection Portlet
- SAS Navigator Portlet
- SAS Report Portlet
- SAS Stored Process Portlet
User B does not have a custom theme associated with their ID. However, some custom theme attributes might be displayed for User B when they access the portal and view content in these portlets.
