In SAS^® Management Console, you can create a stored process that is used in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio in a Custom Diagram tool. If the stored process is populated by a dynamic list and contains selection-dependent groups, selected values might not be retained after you close the Custom Diagram tool.

This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:

1. In SAS Management Console, create a stored process that contains selection-dependent groups, as shown below:

   



2. Add this stored process to a Custom Diagram tool in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio and add the tool to a diagram. Then, select the values, as shown in this example:

   



3. Click OK. Then, close and re-open the Custom Diagram tool. When you do that, the selected values disappear, as shown below:

   

As a workaround, make sure that the selection-dependent groups do have values, as shown in this example:
