Problem Note 68255: The error "Could not load opensslcert extension. OpenSSL libraries are not found or the wrong version" occurs in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8

In a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 environment, a SAS® Studio 5.2 (Enterprise) session might fail to launch with the following error:
Failed to authenticate to Launcher Server.
Additionally, the sas-runlauncher_console_time-stamp.log file (located in /opt/sas/viya/config/var/log/runlauncher/default/) contains the following error:
Could not load opensslcert extension. OpenSSL libraries are not found or the wrong version.
To work around the problem, install the compat-openssl10 package and then restart the sas-viya-runlauncher-default service.
