Problem Note 68238: PROC DOCUMENT cannot replay saved documents from earlier SAS® 9.4 maintenance releases, and a warning states "Could not restore entry..."

When you run the DOCUMENT procedure in a z/OS environment, you might encounter a failure while trying to replay saved documents. The following warning message is then displayed in the SAS® log:
This issue occurs when you want to replay documents that were created during maintenance levels prior to SAS® 9.4M5 (TS1M5). Due to enhancements for the Output Delivery System (ODS) that took effect in the SAS 9.4M5 release, documents that were created in earlier releases might have compatibility issues in the SAS 9.4M5 release and later releases.
However, if your z/OS environment is using a maintenance release that is earlier than SAS 9.4M5, saved documents should not have this issue. Likewise, documents that are created and replayed in SAS 9.4M5 and later releases also function correctly in the SAS 9.4M5 release and later releases.
