In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you can use custom-detail fields to update the CI_CAMPAIGN_EXT table.

When you execute the campaign for the first time, the CI_CAMPAIGN_EXT table is updated properly. However, when you change the values and then save and re-execute the campaign, the new values are not available in the CI_CAMPAIGN_EXT table.

As a workaround, you need to manually publish the campaign to obtain the new values.
