The SAS Demand Planning process template to load driver rates might end unsuccessfully, generating an error message similar to the following: 

This problem happens when the number of records that are being loaded causes the process to delete pre-existing records that exceed a threshold of 32767. The process template to load driver rates is of the type Refresh. Therefore, if there are any overlaps in the dimensions for the load, records that already exist are deleted during the new loading process.

If there are no overlapping dimensions, then the rates are loaded successfully.
