Problem Note 68175: The SAS® Model Manager Launcher context in a SAS® Viya® 3.5 environment fails to create compute servers

After you apply Patch 10 for SAS Model Manager 15.3 in a SAS Viya 3.5 environment, SAS Model Manager cannot create functional compute servers successfully. This problem is due to a corruption of the SAS Model Manager Launcher context that is updated in Patch 10. Error messages like the following might be found in the compute-server logs that are generated by the corrupted Launcher context:
[ERROR_RUNNING_JOB] Error running job Job{version=4, id='05b1dba9-3ae7-41a5-9b75-eac9e881ca8f', jobRequest=JobRequest{version=3, id='null', name='null', description='null', jobDefinitionUri='null', jobDefinition=JobDefinition [id=null, name=Model Manager Job, type=Compute], createdByApplication=jobExecution, arguments={_omitJsonLog=true, _contextName=SAS Model Manager compute context}, properties=[], expiresAfter=null}, state='running', stateDetails='null', creationTimeStamp=Tue Jul 20 19:07:59 UTC 2021, endTimeStamp=null, submittedByApplication=jobExecution, heartbeatTimeStamp=null, expirationTimeStamp=null, heartbeatInterval=600,...}.
There is no workaround for this problem.
A hot fix for this issue is planned.
