If documents in a corpus (collection) for a SAS Visual Text Analytics project contain any HTML tags, the document contents might be displayed incorrectly in the Documents pane of the interactive window for a node (for example, a Text Parsing node) in a pipeline. The contents in the document view and tabular view might contain information that seems to be repeated.
To work around this issue, remove the HTML tags from documents in your corpus before you feed the documents into SAS Visual Text Analytics.
Note: SAS Visual Text Analytics does not handle HTML documents in any special way. It treats them as raw-text documents. As a result, the application processes the HTML tags as terms in a Text Parsing node and that has an impact on downstream nodes (for example, Topics nodes). In addition, that application does not do any special handling for displaying documents. The HTML content is displayed along with all the tags and other elements.
