In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, when you try to assign a character-list identifier to a custom-detail field of type Character List, you might notice that character-list identifiers are not presented for selection. This issue occurs in both decision campaigns and decision treatment campaigns.

To work around this issue, you can try entering the values directly in the Edit Values window.
