Problem Note 68024: SAS® Workflow Services fails to notify the invoking SAS® solution when an error occurs in a workflow policy

If you are using a SAS solution such as SAS® Business Data Network, you should see an error when the current workflow instance fails. Instead, SAS Workflow Services might fail to notify the SAS solution when an error occurs in a workflow policy. When the problem occurs, the SASWorkflowServices9.4.log contains an error that is similar to the following:
ERROR [sastrust] com.sas.workflow.engine.services.policy.impl.PolicyExecutorImpl - Error in Policy thread taskExecutor-5: com.sas.workflow.engine.policy.PolicyExecutionException
