When the Cohort Characterization add-in for SAS Health: Cohort Builder 2.1.1 executes against a cohort containing no filters, the add-in fails. An error message states that the format level was not found or could not be loaded.

If the cohort contains a filter, other than the date, the add-in executes successfully.

The issue is addressed beginning with SAS^® Health: Cohort Builder 2.1.2.
