It is possible for a scenario to have different types of contributing items for an entity. On the alert details page, a grid lists related items. However, you might notice the related items grid shows "No items are available" even though some items should be listed. This problem has been noticed when there are multiple grids on the Alerts Activity tab.

The problem occurs when you switch from one tab to the next. The list of items that you are reviewing suddenly becomes a partial list of items, and the first item does not start on line 1. Also, when you view the other grids, you see "No items are available" instead of a list of items. 

To work around this issue, select the grid that shows a partial list of items, and scroll through the list. The list then becomes complete again, and the other grids also show their complete list of items instead of “No items are available."
