Problem Note 68387: Using the BULKUNLOAD option with a WHERE clause for SAS/ACCESS® Interface to PostgreSQL returns incorrect results

When you use the BULKUNLOAD option with SAS/ACCESS Interface to PostgreSQL and apply a WHERE clause, incorrect results are returned. Code similar to the following triggers the issue:
libname pg postgres server='pgserver' port=5432 user=pg_user password=XXXXXXX database=pg_db;
data test;
set pg.porjoaclass(bulkunload=yes bl_psql_path='C:\path\to\postgres\bin\psql.exe'
bl_default_dir="c:\temp\pgres"
bl_delete_datafile=no
keep=name age sex
where=(sex="F"));
run;
set pg.porjoaclass(bulkunload=yes bl_psql_path='C:\path\to\postgres\bin\psql.exe'
bl_default_dir="c:\temp\pgres"
bl_delete_datafile=no
keep=name age sex
where=(sex="F"));
run;
The code that is sent to the database omits the WHERE clause.
