Problem Note 68349: A procedure pushdown fails for PROC RANK and PROC Sort with SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Spark

When you set SQLGENERATION=DBMS, the SORT and RANK procedures fail to push down with SAS/ACCESS Interface to Spark. When you encounter this issue, the procedure still runs, but it falls back to a standard execution.
