In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you can create PDF documents for campaigns. When the PDF document is generated, you will see that the custom details contain the ID value instead of the label.

This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:

1. Create a campaign or communication definition populated by a dynamic list.


2. Select values for Value column and Label column, as shown below:

   



3. Select a value from the dynamic list that is inside the campaign, as shown here:

   

Then, when you create a PDF document, you will see that only the ID is shown (instead of the Label column value).
