By design, you can configure a grid page size, as well as a limit of the number of rows that you can export from the grid to a Microsoft Excel file. 

An issue can occur regarding the limit for rows. For example, you set your grid page size as 50, and your maximum rows to export is set at 200. Therefore, when you export the grid data, the UI should export up to 200 records. However, only 50 records are exported, which matches with the page size limit of 50, but the limit for records to export is ignored.
