In SAS Visual Investigator, the HTML sanitization process scans HTML text and, if needed, creates a new HTML document by keeping only the tags that are deemed "safe." This process is used to protect against attacks like cross-site scripting (XSS).
However, an issue might occur when you search for a record that contains HTML text within a string. The related record is then missing from the search results because of changes that were made by the sanitization process.
