When you run indexing jobs, one of the related software services in the SAS Visual Investigator application is Spring Batch. In some cases, the Spring Batch service was polling for job status at each step of the indexing process, resulting in high memory usage. A hot fix introduces modifications to reduce memory consumption by this service.
