Problem Note 68116: Using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to PostgreSQL with the BULKLOAD= option to load a file that is larger than 2 GB returns the error "…could not stat file…"
When you are using the BULKLOAD= data set option with SAS/ACCESS Interface to PostgreSQL on a Microsoft Windows system to load a file that is larger than 2 GB, you see an error message similar to the one below:
