Problem Note 68052: Attempting to open or create a cloned Git repository in SAS® Studio fails with an error
When you attempt to open or create a cloned Git repository in SAS® Studio 5.2, one of the following error messages might occur:
Unable to open repository.
An unexpected error occurred on the server. Message from Server: SAS Studio cannot access the /118N/GIT/test/.git/refs/heads/ file.
Verify that the file exists in the specified location.
This problem occurs if the Git repository contains a forward slash (/) in the branch name.
To circumvent this problem, avoid using the forward slash (/) character in branch names for Git repositories.
