Problem Note 67945: Listing files in Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) caslib sources fails if the Azure OAuth token expires in environments with forward HTTP proxy servers

The action of listing files in ADLS caslibs with either the fileInfo action in SAS® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) or a LIST FILES statement in the CASUTIL procedure fails.
This problem occurs when the Microsoft Azure OAuth token expires, and a forward HTTP proxy is used to access ADLS.
