Problem Note 67915: Multiple products report incorrect row counts using the TKTS driver

The following TKTS drivers might report incorrect row insert numbers when one or more rows fail to insert:
- Redshift
- Greenplum
- ODBC
- SQLServer
If a warning or error is reported by the driver, the resulting report might indicate that 0 rows were inserted even though that statement might not be true.

After you install the hot fix, the drivers return an accurate count even if a warning or error occurs.
