The ExportPackage command for SAS Real-time Decision objects generates the following error:
javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Need to specify class name in environment or system property, or as an applet parameter, or in an application resource file: java.naming.factory.initial
at javax.naming.spi.NamingManager.getInitialContext(NamingManager.java:662)
at javax.naming.InitialContext.getDefaultInitCtx(InitialContext.java:313)

Here is an example of the command:
ExportPackage -profile "SASAdmin" -package "C:\Users\sas\Desktop\test.spk" -objects "/CI/Financial Services/CI Business Context/Campaigns/Inbound/Examples/IO_Test(CICampaign_Decision)" -subprop
This error does not affect the actual export, so you can ignore the error message.
