Problem Note 67824: The "N days ago" option does not work correctly when SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio uses a locale other than an English locale
When you choose a date by the N days ago option, the value that is displayed right after you click Update might not be what you expect. This problem can happen when you use SAS Customer Intelligence Studio in a locale other than an English locale.
This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Create a stored process that contains at least one date field.
- Set Spanish (Argentina) as the locale in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio.
- Create a new campaign, add a Process node, and select the stored process that you just created.
- Select the option Hace N días (N days ago) and fill in the desired N value (for example, N=30).
- Click Actualizar (Update).
Note that the value changes to a fixed date: 2 de noviembre de 2020 instead of Hace 30 dias (30 days ago):
As a workaround, you can choose to use SAS Customer Intelligence Studio with an English locale, at least while you fill in the parameters for the Process node. You can also avoid the problem by selecting the date using the calendar icon () rather than by using the N days ago option.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
The "N days ago" option is available in a Process node so that you can assign a value to date fields. When you use a locale other than an English one in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the value for the "N days ago" option changes to a fixed date after you click Update.
