Problem Note 67799: Opening a SAS® Visual Analytics report link using a middle mouse button click causes an error, "Cannot read property...", to appear in the browser tab
When you use a mouse with a wheel or a middle button, a browser sometimes lets you open links in a new tab by clicking the wheel or the middle button. Using this technique on a report link within a SAS Visual Analytics report causes a failure such as the one shown below to occur in the new tab:
To avoid this issue, do not use the mouse wheel or middle button click to open report links in a new tab.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue. The hot fix prevents the error by disabling the click on the wheel and middle button.
